Lazomai

Privacy policy

Who we are

Lazomai is made by GusForce, the trading name of Green Universal Services LLC, which is responsible for your data (the “controller”). Questions, requests and complaints: support@gusforce.ai.

The short version

You can play Lazomai entirely as a guest: your game stays on your device and nothing about it is sent to us. If you choose to sign in, we store your email address and your game progress so it can follow you across devices. If you race a friend, your display name and race result go to the people in that race while it lasts, and we keep none of it on our servers; your own device keeps your last 50 race results for you. We do not run ads, we do not use analytics or tracking cookies, and we never sell your information.

Everyone, guest or not

The site and app are served by our host, Vercel, which logs standard request information (such as IP address, browser and time) to deliver and protect the service. Your boards, records, recent race results, character name and avatar are saved in your browser's local storage on the device you play on; we cannot see them, and clearing the site's or app's data deletes them.

If you sign in

Signing in is optional. You enter your email address and we send you a one-time code to type into the game. When you do, we store:

This data exists so your progress syncs between your devices. It is stored by our database and authentication provider, Supabase, and sign-in codes are emailed through our email provider, Resend. Power-ups, settings and in-progress boards stay on the device and are not synced.

Racing a friend

Racing is optional and needs no account. When you tap Send invite or Join, the game connects to a realtime relay run by Supabase, and for as long as that race lasts it sends:

These messages are relayed to the other people in the race and are not stored by us: on our servers there is no race history, no results and no list of who raced whom, and a race is not linked to an account. The relay provider may keep routine connection logs (such as IP address and time) to operate its service.

Your device keeps its own race history. When a race ends, the game saves its result in this browser on this device — the date, the board size, both players' display names, their moves and times, and who won — and keeps the latest 50. It is never uploaded, synced or linked to an account. Clear it any time with Clear history on the Race tab, or by clearing the site's or app's data. The friend you raced keeps their own copy on their device; clearing yours does not remove theirs.

The invite link is the key to the race. It is not a private, authenticated room: anyone who has the link can receive, join, alter or disrupt that race's messages — including the names, moves and times in it — until the race ends. Send it only to the person you want to race.

Why we may use it (legal basis)

We do not rely on tracking or advertising consent, because we do neither.

How long we keep it

Where it is stored

Our providers store and process data in the United States. If you play from the EU, the UK or elsewhere, your data is transferred there under the providers' standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@gusforce.ai; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

What we do not do

Deleting your data

Signed-in players: open Lazomai, go to Settings (the gear) → Account → Delete account, and confirm — your account and synced progress are deleted immediately. Can't sign in? See how to delete your account for the email route.

Guests: clear the site's or app's data in your browser or phone settings.

Race history (anyone): Race tab → Clear history removes it from this device.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything else: support@gusforce.ai.
