Delete your account

Delete it yourself, right away

The Lazomai app is the same game as lazomai.com, so either works:

1. Open Lazomai (the app, or lazomai.com in a browser) and sign in with your email and the code we send you.
2. Open Settings (the gear) → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and the data synced with it are deleted immediately.

Can't sign in?

Email support@gusforce.ai from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Lazomai account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your email address, your account ID and your sign-in records.
• Your character (the display name and avatar you chose).
• Your synced game progress: best results per board and the log of your clears.

What stays

• Progress saved on your own device. Lazomai always keeps your game on the device you play on, signed in or not. Deleting the account does not reach into your phone or browser; clear the app's or the site's data if you want that copy gone too.
• Backups and service logs, briefly. Our providers' routine database backups roll off within 7 days, and their short-lived security logs (such as sign-in times and IP addresses) expire on their own schedule. Neither is used for anything else.
